How To Update and View Workflow Attributes:
Administrators or users with applicable access can navigate toCustomization > Workflow > Listand locate the appropriate workflow if updates are needed. Clicking Edit will open an interactive white tile displaying smaller grey squares and connecting arrows between boxes.
To edit workflow settings, click the white area of the tile. The menu on the right side will display the current configuration. A pencil icon near the top right allows updates to the workflow name, deployment status, and initiation condition.
Editing states within the workflow (such as initiate, pending approval, approved, and rejected) is done by clicking the applicable grey box, highlighted in blue in the image above. The menu on the right side will update to show the actions associated with that state. Actions are categorized by trigger timing and are organized from top to bottom, representing the sequence in which they execute.
Hovering over the action list will reveal a pencil icon and a trashcan icon. The pencil icon opens the configuration settings for the specific state, allowing modifications to email content and recipients. Once changes are made, clicking Save at the top or bottom of the form will apply the updates.
