Consulting packages expire one year from purchase except when specifically noted in a master services agreement (MSA) or statement of work (SOW) which are used to ensure the collective parties understand their obligations, rights, and agreements related to privacy, availability, and specific deliveries.
Subscription-based solutions are billed monthly in advance unless you select the pay annual options. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime halting the auto bill process which expires the license key. Annual payment plans will be stopped with unused portions of the license refunded within 30 days of license termination.
